วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อรวบรวมชุดความรู้เกี่ยวกับมรดกภูมิปัญญาทางวัฒนธรรมของเขตดุสิต กรุงเทพมหานคร เพื่อนำมาพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มคลังข้อมูลดิจิทัลมรดกภูมิปัญญาทางวัฒนธรรม
วิธีการศึกษา: ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ บุคลากรสำนักงานเขตดุสิต นักวิชาการกระทรวงวัฒนธรรม ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการพัฒนาคลังข้อมูล และผู้นำ/ชาวชุมชนเขตดุสิต ใช้เครื่องมือ 4 แบบ ได้แก่ แบบบันทึกข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก, แบบบันทึกประเด็นจากการประชุมกลุ่มย่อย, แบบประเมินประสิทธิภาพแพลตฟอร์มคลังข้อมูลดิจิทัล, และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจจากผู้ใช้แพลตฟอร์มคลังข้อมูลดิจิทัลมรดกภูมิปัญญาทางวัฒนธรรมของเขตดุสิต ข้อมูลจากสัมภาษณ์และประชุมกลุ่มย่อยจะถูกวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ส่วนข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามจะถูกวิเคราะห์เชิงสถิติโดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ข้อค้นพบ: มรดกภูมิปัญญาทางวัฒนธรรมเขตดุสิตมีทั้งหมด 32 รายการ นำเสนอผ่านแพลตฟอร์มคลังข้อมูลดิจิทัลในรูปแบบเว็บไซต์และแอปพลิเคชัน ซึ่งผ่านการประเมินประสิทธิภาพจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ พบว่า 1) รองรับการบันทึกข้อมูลภูมิปัญญาชุมชน 2) เป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้สำหรับเยาวชนและคนรุ่นใหม่ 3) เป็นแหล่งข้อมูลการท่องเที่ยว 4) ใช้ตัวอักษรที่อ่านง่ายและปรับขนาดได้ตามความต้องการ 5) มีระบบป้องกันความปลอดภัยในการเข้าใช้งาน โดยผู้ทดลองใช้งานมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมาก
การประยุกต์ใช้จากการศึกษานี้: การพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มคลังข้อมูลดิจิทัลมรดกภูมิปัญญาทางวัฒนธรรมนี้ สามารถนำไปใช้ในการรวบรวมและเผยแพร่ข้อมูลในพื้นที่ต่าง ๆ ที่มีมรดกทางวัฒนธรรม หรือสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลที่มีคุณค่าในลักษณะอื่น ๆ
