This research aimed to study the learning processes in working of information seeking, exchange, and knowledge transfer of Khon Kaen University's supporting staff. The sampling group was 341 supporting staff of Khon Kaen University, and the questionnaire was used as the research instrument in this study with 341 responses of 100.0% in total.
