ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ ของคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและความสำคัญ พฤติกรรมของบุคลากร และปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดลกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นบุคลากรสายวิชาการและสายสนับสนุนที่ปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดลจำนวน 74 คน สุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมของบุคลากรและปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา การวิเคราะห์สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณและดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น

ผลการวิจัยพบว่าปัจจุบันการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดลอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ในด้านการจัดการความรู้อยู่ในระดับมาก ในด้านองค์กรและด้านการเรียนรู้อยู่ในระดับปานกลางส่วนความสำคัญของการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ พบว่าอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ปัจจัยด้านองค์กรด้านการเรียนรู้และด้านการจัดการความรู้ทั้ง 3 ด้านมีความสำคัญต่อการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้อยู่ในระดับมากภาพรวมพฤติกรรมของบุคลากรต่อการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้อยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่าอยู่ในระดับมากทั้ง 5 ด้าน และปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ คือ ปัจจัยด้านองค์กร

Abstract

The purposes of this study were to study the current ambienceand important, personnel behavior, and the factors influencing on Learning Organization of Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University. The sample were 74 academic staffs and supportive staffs who have been working inFaculty of Nursing, Mahidol University. Stratified random sampling was used. Data were collected by demographic data questionnaire, personnel behaviorquestionnaire and factorsinfluencing on Learning Organization questionnaire.Data were analyzed bydescriptive statistics, pearsoncorrelation, multiple regression analysisand PNI.

The findings revealed that the overall image of current ambience of Learning Organization of Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University was in the moderate level. According to categories, it could be seen that current ambience of Learning Organization in the knowledge management category had the high level, and organization category and learning category had the moderate level. The overall image of important of being Learning Organization was in the high level. According to categories, it could be seen that organization category, learning category, and knowledge management category had important of being Learning Organization in the high level. The overall image of personnel behavior on Learning Organization had the high level.  According to categories it could be seen that all of five categories of personnel behavior on Learning Organization were in the high level. The factors wisest - score influencing on Learning Organization of Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University were organization factors.
