วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมและแรงจูงใจในการใช้แอปพลิเคชันไลน์ในการทำงาน และผลกระทบต่อคุณลักษณะของเอกสารที่เกิดขึ้นจากการใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันไลน์ในการทำงาน
วิธีการศึกษา: ศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่างบุคลากรสายปฏิบัติการ คณะอักษรศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย โดยใช้แบบสอบถามสำรวจความเห็นของบุคลากรสายปฏิบัติการจำนวน 40 คน และสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก 5 คน ประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารบุคลากรสายปฏิบัติการและบุคลากรสายปฏิบัติการ
ข้อค้นพบ: บุคลากรส่วนมากมีประสบการณ์ในการใช้แอปพลิเคชันไลน์และนิยมใช้ในการทำงาน โดยเฉพาะในด้านการรับส่งเอกสารและการติดต่อสื่อสารระหว่างเจ้าหน้าที่ภายในกลุ่มงาน แรงจูงใจหลักในการใช้มาจากความจำเป็นเพราะบุคลากรส่วนใหญ่นิยมใช้ อย่างไรก็ตามการใช้แอปพลิเคชันไลน์ในการทำงานพบว่าก่อให้เกิดผลกระทบต่อคุณลักษณะของเอกสาร โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งด้านความสามารถในการใช้งานและความสมบูรณ์
การประยุกต์ใช้การศึกษานี้: สามารถนำไปใช้ในการพัฒนาแนวปฏิบัติสำหรับการใช้แอปพลิเคชันไลน์ในการทำงานต่อไป
