Abstract

This research focused on developing Resource-based learning of Information Literacy course in the General Education Section of the first year students who took the course in the first semester of B.E. 2559. The study sample was selected by simple random sampling using lots drawing. The research tools included 1) resources-based learning, 2) questionnaires for collecting the sample’s satisfaction of the resources-based learning, 3) information literacy assessment based on resources-based learning, and 4) pre and post tests of the information literacy course learning. The collected data were analyzed by percentage (%), mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The findings revealed that 1) the students’ resource-based learning of Information Literacy Course provided the statistical consistency at 0.802; 2) the study sample’s satisfaction of the resource-based learning was observed at the high level; 3) the students’ information literacy learning assessment was also found at the high level; and 4) achievement of post-learning of Information Literacy Course was statistically significant at 0.05 higher than the pre-learning
