บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยเกี่ยวกับความขัดแย้งระหว่างการงานและครอบครัวเป็นหัวข้อที่นิยมในด้านการจัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์มาก ในประเทศจีน พนักงานหญิง KIBS มักเผชิญกับความขัดแย้งอย่างรุนแรงระหว่างครอบครัวและการงาน จากการทบทวนวรรณกรรม บทความนี้ได้อภิปรายถึงความขัดแย้งระหว่างครอบครัวและการงาน และความขัดแย้งดังกล่าว ต่างมีความสัมพันธ์อย่างไรกับการเหนื่อยหน่ายกับงานและประสิทธิภาพของการทำงานสำหรับบุคลากรเพศหญิงในประเทศจีนและต่างประเทศ บทความนี้มีส่วนช่วยในการเสริมข้อบกพร่องของงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องและมีความสำคัญทั้งในเชิงทฤษฎีและปฏิบัติ
