บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อสังเคราะห์หลักทฤษฎี แนวคิด การปรับตัวเชิงจิตวิทยาและการปรับตัวระหว่างวัฒนธรรม เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการทำงานวิจัยและการแก้ปัญหาการปรับตัวของแรงงานอพยพข้ามชาติ ซึ่งพบว่าหลักทฤษฎีและแนวคิดทั้งสองประเภทมีความแตกต่างกันในด้าน แนวคิดหลัก จุดมุ่งหมาย และวิธีการปรับตัว
ดังนั้น หลักทฤษฎีและแนวคิดการปรับตัวของแรงงานอพยพข้ามชาติ จึงควรมีการผสมผสานแนวคิดทั้งเชิงจิตวิทยาและเชิงการปรับตัวระหว่างวัฒนธรรมเข้าด้วยกัน ได้แก่ ความพึงพอใจในชีวิต สุขภาวะ ความนับถือตนเอง และการผสมผสานทางวัฒนธรรม
