Abstract
This research article on “The Integration of Self-Esteem Encouragement for Elderly in 21st through the Voluntary Caregiver-Eldercare Model: The case of Plak Read Municipal District, Bang Rakam District, Phitsanulok Province” qualitative research methodology. This research involved construction of a network of volunteers to take care of the elderly in the Palakkad Subdistrict Municipality 1. An informal gathering under the community context through the establishment of the Village Elderly Club by creating community participation through the population of 3 ages, namely youth groups, students Public Health Volunteer Group working age group and 2. A formal grouping by government agencies in the area in the form of a multidisciplinary network which is the mission of the first plug hospital and the Palakkad Subdistrict Municipality, which drives the role of the Volunteer Network. By operating in a multidisciplinary way, which is an important factor in the creation of the self-esteem process. As a result, the elderly can live in society happily, self-worth and pride in life
