ประกาศมนุษยสังคมสาร

           “มนุษยสังคมสาร” ขอประกาศให้ทุกท่านทราบว่าทุกบทความใน “มนุษยสังคมสาร” จะต้องผ่านการพิชญพิจารณ์โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ (Peer reviewer) ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องซึ่งเป็นบุคคลภายนอกจากหลากหลายสถาบัน อย่างน้อย 3 คน โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิไม่ทราบชื่อผู้นิพนธ์บทความนั้น (Double-blind peer review) ดังนั้น จึงไม่สามารถเปิดเผยรายชื่อผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิที่พิชญพิจารณ์บทความได้ อย่างไรก็ตาม ถ้าผู้นิพนธ์มีความประสงค์จะทราบรายชื่อผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิที่พิชญพิจารณ์บทความเพื่อนำไปประกอบการขอตำแหน่งทางวิชาการหรือเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์อื่น ก็ขอให้ผู้นิพนธ์ได้ส่งจดหมายอย่างเป็นทางการถึงบรรณาธิการเพื่อขอข้อมูลดังกล่าว ซึ่งบรรณาธิการจะพิจารณาเป็นรายกรณีไปและจะออกหนังสือรับรองรายชื่อผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิที่พิชญพิจารณ์บทความต่อไปตามความเหมาะสมและความถูกตามต้องตามหลักจริยธรรมและจรรยาบรรณของวารสารวิชาการ

ประกาศมนุษยสังคมสาร

            ตามที่ศูนย์ดัชนีการอ้างอิงวารสารไทย (TCI) ได้มีหนังสือแจ้งไปยังบรรณาธิการวารสารเพื่อขอความร่วมมือคัดเลือกสาขาวิชาย่อย (Subject-areas) ของวารสารในฐานข้อมูล TCI โดยให้แต่ละวารสารเลือกสาขาวิชาย่อยตั้งแต่ 1-5 สาขาวิชาย่อย ตามความทราบแล้วนั้น

           “มนุษยสังคมสาร” ขอประกาศให้ทุกท่านทราบว่าตั้งแต่ฉบับที่ 1 ของปีที่ 20 เป็นต้นไป “มนุษยสังคมสาร”   จะพิจารณาคัดเลือกตีพิมพ์เฉพาะบทความที่ครอบคลุมสาขาวิชาหลัก (Main subject Category) คือ Social Sciences เท่านั้น โดยบทความที่จะส่งไปเพื่อตีพิมพ์ในมนุษยสังคมสารนั้นจะต้องอยู่ใน 3 กลุ่มสาขาวิชา (Subject areas) คือ 1) Arts and Humanities, 2) Economics, Econometrics and Finance, 3)  Social Sciences และบทความนั้นจะต้องอยู่ใน 5 กลุ่มย่อย (Sub-subject areas) คือ 1) General Arts and Humanities, 2) Language and Linguistics, 3) General Economics, Econometrics and Finance, 4) General Social Sciences, 5) Sociology and Political Sciences

            อนึ่ง “มนุษยสังคมสาร” ขอประกาศให้ทุกท่านทราบเพิ่มเติมว่าตั้งแต่ฉบับที่ 1 ของปีที่ 20 เป็นต้นไป    “มนุษยสังคมสาร” จะปรับเปลี่ยนรูปแบบการอ้างอิงในเนื้อหา (In-text citation) และการเขียนเอกสารอ้างอิงท้ายบทความ (References) ตามกรอบรูปแบบของ APA (American Psychological Association) ฉบับพิมพ์ครั้งที่ 7 (7^th edition)

 

Announcement

         The Thai Journal Citation Index Center (TCI) sent an official letter to the journal editors to ask for cooperation in the selection of a particular journal’s sub-areas stored in the TCI database. Consequently, each journal is allowed to choose 1-5 sub-areas for the articles published in the journal.

        Regarding this, the “JHUSOC” would like to make an announcement that from the 20^th Volume, 1^st Issue (January-April 2022) onward the articles covering the main subject category, Social Sciences, will be accepted for publication. Moreover, these articles must be relevant to the three subject areas i.e. 1) Arts and Humanities, 2) Economics, Econometrics and Finance, and 3) Social Sciences, and they must be about the following five sub-subject areas: 1) General Arts and Humanities, 2) Language and Linguistics, 3) General Economics, Econometrics and Finance, 4) General Social Sciences, and 5) Sociology and Political Sciences.

         In addition, the "JHUSOC" would also like to announce to everyone that from

the 20^th Volume, 1^st Issue onward, the citation format and referencing style of APA (American Psychological Association, 7^th edition) will be used in the journal.

 

ประกาศอัตราค่าธรรมเนียมการตีพิมพ์บทความ

       อัตราค่าธรรมเนียมการตีพิมพ์บทความเพื่อใช้ในการดำเนินการตรวจประเมินบทความ (Peer review) และบริหารงานวารสาร สำหรับบุคคลทั่วไป บทความละ 3,500 บาท  และสำหรับบุคลากรภายในสังกัดคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ไม่เรียกเก็บค่าธรรมเนียม ซึ่งแต่ละบทความจะต้องได้รับการพิชญพิจารณ์โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิภายนอกจากหลากหลายสถาบัน อย่างน้อยจำนวน 3 คน หากบทความของผู้นิพนธ์ผ่านการพิจารณาเบื้องต้นจากกองบรรณาธิการแล้ว ให้โอนเงินค่าธรรมเนียมการตีพิมพ์ผ่านบัญชีธนาคารเพื่อการเกษตรและสหกรณ์การเกษตร สาขาถนนเสด็จนิวัติ ชื่อบัญชี “นายนพดล ธีระวงศ์ภิญโญ และนายสถาพร วิชัยรัมย์ และนางสาวจรัลรัตน์ อุ่นรัมย์” บัญชีออมทรัพย์ เลขที่ “0202-4647-9556”  ในกรณีที่ผู้นิพนธ์บทความพิมพ์ชำระค่าธรรมเนียมการตีพิมพ์แล้ว หากบทความถูกปฏิเสธการตีพิมพ์ หรือผู้นิพนธ์บทความต้องการยกเลิกการตีพิมพ์ “มนุษยสังคมสาร” จะไม่สามารถคืนค่าธรรมเนียมการตีพิมพ์ให้ได้ไม่ว่ากรณีใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น เพราะได้ใช้เงินส่วนนี้จ่ายเป็นค่าตอบแทนให้ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและค่าดำเนินการวารสารไปแล้ว โดยอัตราค่าธรรมเนียมการตีพิมพ์บทความนี้ให้มีผลบังคับใช้ตั้งแต่ฉบับที่ 2 ปีที่ 23 (2568) เป็นต้นไป

Announcement of Publication Fee

         The publication fee is 3,500 baht for general authors. The fees paid will fund the peer review process and journal management. However, no fee will be charged for staff members under the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Buriram Rajabhat University. It is noted that a manuscript must be reviewed by at least three experts from various institutions. After passing the preliminary review of the editorial board, the authors are advised to transfer the publication fee to Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BAAC), Sadej Niwat Road Branch, with the account name “Mr. Noppadon Theerawongpinyo, Mr. Sathaporn Wichairam, and Miss Jaralrat Oonram”, and savings account number “0202-4647-9556”. In the event that the author has already paid the publication fee, if the manuscript is rejected or the authors desire to cancel the publication, the publication fee will not be refunded to the authors under any circumstances, as it has already been used to pay the experts and journal management costs. This publication fee rate will become effective commencing with the 2^nd Issue of the 23^rd Year (2025) onwards.
