This research aims to: (1) examine the influence of cultural intelligence and organizational culture on organizational commitment among Thai employees in multinational corporations, using Delta Electronics (Thailand) Public Company Limited as a case study; and (2) investigate the role of organizational culture as a moderating variable in the relationship between cultural intelligence and organizational commitment among Thai employees in multinational corporations, specifically in the case of Delta Electronics (Thailand) Public Company Limited. The population consisted of Thai employees working at Delta Electronics. A sample of 385 respondents was selected using convenience sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire. This study employed a quantitative research approach. The statistical methods used included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, multiple regression analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis, with the level of statistical significance set at .01. The results revealed that: (1) cultural intelligence and organizational culture had a statistically significant positive influence on organizational commitment among Thai employees in multinational organizations at the .001 significance level; and (2) organizational culture played a moderating role in the relationship between cultural intelligence and organizational commitment among Thai employees in multinational organizations. The findings indicate that both cultural intelligence, as an individual-level factor, and organizational culture, as a value-based organizational factor, play important roles in enhancing organizational commitment, particularly in multinational contexts characterized by cultural diversity. Moreover, a participative organizational culture tends to enhance employee commitment within multinational organizations.
