The Influence of Entrepreneurial Competencies on Innovativeness Development of Small and Medium Enterprises in to Support Thailand 4.0

Abstract
This research aims to study the competency level of small and medium business entrepreneurs in Songkhla Province to support Thailand 4.0 and to study the influence of entrepreneurial competency towords the development of innovativeness of SMEs. A total of 400 samples were used and collected via a simple random sampling method. The research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis was done by using a software package. The statistics used in analyzing data consisted of averages, standard deviation, frequency distribution, percentage, correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results found that in overall entrepreneurial competency was at the highest level. The first level of entrepreneurial competency that received the highest average score was task achievement competencies, followed by relationship, entrepreneurship, learning-oriented, good management and personal characteristics respectively. However, the influence of enterprise entrepreneurial competency was positively correlated with the development of innovativeness of SMEs and the influence of entrepreneurial competency towards the development of innovativeness of enterprises was statistically significant at the level .01 were learning-oriented and personal characteristics.
