Effects of Learning Management on Organisms and Nonorganisms by Using 5e Learning Cycle together with Mind Mapping toward Learning Achievement and Science Process Skills of Prathomsuksa 5 Students

Abstract

        The purposes of this research were 1) to compare the learning achievement the science process skills, and 2) to study satisfaction of students before and after learning through learning management on organisms and nonorganisms by using 5e learning cycle together with mind mapping for Prathomsuksa 5 students. The sample consisted of 30 Prathomsuksa 5 students of Ban Don Aong School in Mueangsurin district, Surin province. The research instruments included 1) lesson plan, 2) achievement test, 3) science process skills test, and 4) students satisfaction questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis included percentage, mean and standard deviation.


                 The results of study revealed that 1) the learning achievement of students after learning was higher than before with significant difference at the level of .05., 2) The science process skills of students after learning was higher than before with significant difference at the level of .05. And 3) the students’ satisfaction towards learning through learning management on organisms and nonorganisms by using 5e learning cycle together with mind mapping was at a high level.
