The Effects of Learning Skill Exercises and CIPPA Learning Management Process to Develop Reading and Writing Achievement of Prathomsuksa 1 Students

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to 1) develop reading and writing skill exercises of Prathomsuksa 1 students with the efficiency criteria of 80/80; 2) study the effectiveness index of learning skill exercises and CIPPA learning management process of Prathomsuksa 1 students; 3) compare the learning achievement of reading and writing of Prathomsuksa 1 students before and after using the learning skill exercises and CIPPA learning management process; and 4) study learning retention in reading and writing of Prathomsuksa 1 students by using the learning skill exercises and CIPPA learning management process. The samples consisted of 17 Prathomsuksa 1 students of Kawaosuksa school, Educational Service Area Office 2, selected by Cluster Random Sampling. The research tools were skill exercises of reading and writing; lesson plans of CIPPA learning management, and learning achievement tests. The statistics were mean, percentage, standard deviation, and t-test dependent sample. The results of study revealed that: 1) The efficiency of the learning skill exercises was at 87.91/84.12. 2) The effectiveness index was 0.7112, revealing the students’ knowledge was increased 0.7112, or 71.12 %. 3) The student’ posttest mean score was higher than the pretest mean score with the significant difference at .05 level. And 4) the learning achievement after two weeks of the study was not different from the achievement after the study indicating that the students had learning durability.
