A Needs Assessment Study for Transformational Leadership Enhancement of the First-Line Administrators in Rajabhat Universities

Abstract

The purposes of this study were to examine current and desirable conditions and needs for transformational leadership of the first-line administrators in Rajabhat University. The three - stage study involved: Stage I was related to analyzing components and indicators of the first-line administrators in Rajabhat University; Stage II concerned data collection of current and desirable conditions, and need analysis of the first-line administrators in Rajabhat University; and Stage III was about establishing the guidelines for developing the first-line administrators in Rajabhat University. The research instrument was a set of a five-point scale questionnaire. The statistics for data analysis were Mean and Standard Deviation.
