Communication of the Performance of the Chief Executive of Tha Kham Subdistrict Administrative Organizations Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to investigate 1) the process of communicating performance results, and 2) the president's strategies for conveying performance results in Tha Kham Sub-district Administrative Organization, Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province. This qualitative research was conducted through in-depth interviews with 22 key informants who were directly involved. Data were obtained through structured in-depth interviews and evaluated for potential findings. The research results found that 1) the communication process consisted of (1) the messenger were the president and the Public Relations Assistant, Division Director, Division public relations, and publicize the village (2) the message was the result of operations according to the announced policy, problems and needs of the people that have been resolved, and mission issues that each division carries out,
(3) communication channels included village news towers, meetings within the Sub-district Facebook page of the president and the organization, various forums, corporate websites, and the Line application group, (4) an audience of internal personnel, a community leader group, a local people group, and a general interest group, and (5) expected communication outcomes such as knowledge, attitude, and action. And 2) communication strategies consisted of (1) continuous communication strategies, (2) personal media communication strategies, (3) social media communication strategies, (4) exhibition communication strategies, (5) network communication strategies, and (6) communication strategies through community products.
