Development of Creative Community Tourism Based on the Pak Seaw Weaving Community Enterprise and Tourism Products, Prang Ku District, Sisaket Province

Abstract

          The objectives of this quality research were to study and analyze the community background and problems, and build a model of creative community tourism in order to develop people, Pak Seaw weaving community enterprise, and tourism products, and also to promote the life quality of people in the community. The results revealed that tourism development in many aspects had been found in a community. Therefore, the concept of creative community tourism, cultural tourism was used. Moreover, developing marketing mixed strategies and participatory action research were also applied to develop community tourism, building a creative community tourism model through eight activities, and improving the quality of life of people in the community. This has led to the following consequences: development of potential learning resources in tourism management, concrete tourist attractions in the community, homestay development, development of souvenir products, community communicators, community tourism working networks, local community food, travel programs and marketing strategies including effective marketing channels.  As a result of this development, there has been an increase in the number of tourists and income from community tourism. It has also become a tourist attraction that can be developed for sustainability.
