รูปแบบการพัฒนาทักษะการบริหารงานวิจัยเพื่อการพัฒนาท้องถิ่น ของผู้บริหารในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อสร้างรูปแบบการพัฒนาทักษะการบริหารงานวิจัย และประเมินความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ของรูปแบบ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามแบบโดยใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 285 คน มีค่าความสอดคล้อง (IOC) อยู่ระหว่าง 0.60 ถึง 1.00 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.94 แบบสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบ แบบประเมินความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ของรูปแบบ ที่ผ่านการประเมินจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญก่อนนำไปเก็บข้อมูลกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 50 คน ด้วยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง พบว่า ทักษะการบริหารงานวิจัยเพื่อการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นของผู้บริหารในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏที่จำเป็น โดยภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก แต่มีทักษะที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่ควรนำมาพัฒนา คือ ทักษะด้านการตัดสินใจ ทักษะการสร้างทีมงาน และทักษะการสร้างแรงจูงใจ และรูปแบบการพัฒนาทักษะการบริหารงานวิจัย ประกอบด้วย หลักการและเหตุผลของรูปแบบ วัตถุประสงค์ของรูปแบบ สาระสำคัญและการดำเนินการพัฒนา การนำรูปแบบสู่การปฏิบัติ และเงื่อนไขความสำเร็จของรูปแบบ ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และผลการประเมินความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ของรูปแบบ ภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่าด้านการนำรูปแบบสู่การปฏิบัติมีความเป็นไปได้และมีความเป็นประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ส่วนด้านหลักการและเหตุผลของรูปแบบอยู่ในระดับมาก
