The research was conducted by using the following tools: 1) Semi-structured Interview form in which four school administrators of the best practice schools, selected by a purposive sampling method, were interviewed. Data were analyzed by content analysis. 2) The focus group discussion with the record form was employed, and nine experts were invited to participate in this session. 3) The administration model was evaluated by two groups of experts, consisting of a group of five experts who assessed the correctness and suitability of the model and the manual for using the model, and a group of 20 quality sub-district school administrators who evaluated the feasibility and usefulness of the model and the model manual. The data were collected by using an assessment form, and the statistics used for data analysis were mean and standard deviation. Part 3 covers the operation strategies. And part 4 includes the components of sub-district quality schools with four aspects and 13 indicators. Consequently, the model manual was developed. 2) The evaluation results of the model and the manual for using the model for quality sub-district schools for school administrators in Nakhonchaiburin provinces in terms of accuracy, suitability, possibility, and usefulness were found at the highest level.
