Academic Management Strategies of Small-Sized Schools Base on the New Concept of Inclusive Education under Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office

Abstract

       The purposes of research were to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the small-sized school academic administration, to create and evaluate the academic management strategies of small-sized schools Based on the new concept of inclusive education under Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office. This research is a mixed method. The 250 informants were school directors. Statistics used were mean, standard deviation for analizing strengths and weaknesses of the PNI of Needs assessment. Opportunities, threats and created strategies by TOWS matrix techniques were analyzed and the strategy was evaluated by qualified experts.  The research results were found that: 1) The realistic state of small-sized schools of academic administration Based on the new concept of inclusive education under Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office, consisted of three aspects; curriculum development, learning management, measurement and evaluation. 2) Academic management strategies of small-sized schools based on on the new concept of inclusive education under Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office consised of three main strategies, 7 secondary strategies, 24 procedure, and 3 evaluation of appropriateness, feasibility. All aspects were at a hight level with the avarages at 4.57 and 4.75.
