Management Strategies of Desirable Learning Resources of Schools in the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 41

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the desirable learning resources management, and to create and evaluate the management strategies of desirable learning resources of schools in the secondary educational service area office 41. This research was the mixed methods research. The samples were 54 schools in the secondary educational service area office 41. Deputy directors of academic department or head of academic department and leaders of the subject. The statistics for the data analysis were mean and standard deviation. The strengths and weaknesses were analyzed via Priority Need Index (PNI). The analysis of opportunities and threats and the strategies were determined by TOWS matrix techniques, and the appropriateness, feasibility and usefulness of strategies were evaluated by the experts. The findings of this research were found that 1) the management of desirable learning resources consisted of 14 strengths, 20 weaknesses, 13 opportunities and 13 threats. 2) The management strategies of desirable learning resources consisted of four main strategies, 10 secondary strategies, 19 measures and 31 indicators. And 3) the evaluation results of appropriateness, feasibility and usefulness of strategies were overall at the highest.
