Administration on Management of Groundwater Bank for Agriculture: A Case Study of Yangkhinok Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Khuang Nai District, Ubon Ratchathani

Abstract
This research aims 1) to study of the management of Groundwater Banking for Agriculture 2) to study the participation of Groundwater Banking for Agriculture and 3) to study of the management of Groundwater Banking of Groundwater Banking for Agriculture of Yangkhinok subdistrict administrative organization, Khuang Nai District`, Ubon Ratchathani . The samples used in the research was 400 peoples in Yangkhinok subdistrict administrative organization, Khuang Nai District`, Ubon Ratchathani. The sample size was determined by Krejcie and Morgan’s table, and the samples were derived by a Stratified sampling. Statistics used in data analysis were means and standard deviation. In a qualitative part were 17 subjects were specifically selected of community leaders and acedmics. Data were gathered by in-depth interviews. Data in this part were analyzed by means of a content analysis.
