Analysis for Teaching Management Using Field Trips as a Learning Resources for Preschool Teachers in Samutprakan Primary Education Service Area Office 1

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze education management through the use of field trips to learning centres of kindergarten teachers in Samutprakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 in two aspects, namely education organization, preparation and education aspects at the learning center. The samples in this research are 152 kindergarten teachers in Samutprakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 in the academic year 2018. The tools used in this research are surveys. Data are analyzed by frequency distribution, finding percentage value and analyzing the content.


It has been found that education management through the use of field trips to learning centres of kindergarten teachers in Samutprakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 is as follow: 1) In education organization, preparation, after considering each aspect, it is found that in field trip’s objective determination, 81.58% of teachers at most equally determine the learning center and survey the learning center. Inactivity organization planning, 73.68% of teachers at most design activities. In cooperation coordination with related parties, 89.47% of teachers at most prepare their students. 2) In education aspects at the learning center, after considering each aspect, it is found that in travelling to the learning center, 93.43% of teachers at most recommend the learning center. In organizing activities at the learning center, 68.84% of teachers at most facilitate education. In education assessment, 88.16% of teachers at most make the students present their knowledge.
