Strategic Approach for Organizational Conflict Management of Leaders in Eastern Food Production Industry

The purposes of this research are to explore guidelines for the leader to choose conflict management strategies is affecting the internal organization in food processing industry in Eastern zone. Additionally, to compare difference between operational types and structure organization of guidelines for the leader to choose conflict management strategies is affecting the internal organization in food processing industry in Eastern zone. The sampling is 100 people in management level in food processing industry. Statistical is analyzed by mean and standard deviation.
The result of participants majority is classifying with 5 of conflict management strategies, the overall is high level and management are priority with collaboration, compromising and accommodation all is a high level other than competition and avoidance is a medium. The comparison results of differences are classified by individuals is the marital status and Duration working time not significantly different but Gender, Age, Education level and Position is significantly different. And if classifies by operational structure of business the location, Nationality, Duration time, Nationality of the majority of employees in the business not significantly different but the employees size and main nationality of Management is difference with statistical significance at the level of 0.05.
