Abstract

The objective of this study is to apply Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) with considering the pattern of original furniture and furniture transform of business united in convenience stores. The demands of various customer sand marketing competition are various. Furniture made important to support business united. It could be available at all times and furniture replacement is a costly cause.

            The problem has to develop new furniture. It is Transform Furniture. It is better than the original furniture, but more expensive. Six criteria (Price, Cost of furniture replacement, Maintenance, Transportation, Installation and Image) are selected because they are the most popular requirements. The sampling group was 5 people who are in charge of making decision for selecting the pattern furniture. The analytic hierarchy process was used in the decision-making process. The model based on the relevant literature and research was designed to weigh the factors.

            The results showed that the most important factor is maintenance (0.29) and second is the cost (0.26). After analyzing the AHP weight importance value with the rating scale of each furniture pattern, it found that the furniture transform is more than traditional furniture.
