Orgnizational Management Affecting on Public Entrepreneurship of the Provincial Administration Organization in the Provincial Cluster of the Upper Northeastern Region 2
Public entrepreneurship was one of the important target of Thai bureaucratic reform for creating organizational high competency. This research aimed to study organizational management affecting on public entrepreneurship of the provincial administration organization in the provincial cluster of the upper northeastern region 2. This research was a quantitative research with the samples of 216 government officials of the provincial administration organization. Data were collected through 5-point likert scale questionnaires with reliability of 0.947. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and inferential statistics by simple regression analysis. The research results found that organizational management has statistically affected on public entrepreneurship of the provincial administration organization in the provincial cluster of the upper northeastern region 2 at 0.05 significant levels with standardized coefficient of 0.561. Therefore, the provincial administration organization should concern on organizational management in order to create high competency of public entrepreneurship.
