Abstract

This research aims to study demographic characteristics and consumer’s behavior to buy delivery food via mobile application during new species of corona virus 2019 (COVID-19) in Bangkok in Bangkok. The research focused on people who lived in Bangkok and bought delivery food via mobile application. The data were collected by online questionnaire distributed to 386 peoples who using food order through mobile application in Bangkok metropolitan and statistical analysis was conducted by frequency and percentage. The findings indicated that most of female consumers were in the age range between 20-35 years old and hold bachelor’s degree, working at a private company and earning the personal income between 20,001-30,000 baht. Additionally, the results found that the most of consumers used LINEMAN, Grab food and Food Panda application and using to order food for lunch respectively. Types of food were fast food, cook to order and beverage respectively. Gen X ordered food in an amount greater than other ages.
