        Research, Guidelines for Conservation of Folk Musical Instruments in Mor Lam Band: A Case Study of Mor Lam Band, Mor Lam Community, Next to Wat Matchimawat, Mak Khaeng Sub-district, Mueang District, Udon Thani Province have a purpose To study the use of folk instruments in Mor Lam bands and to present guidelines for preserving the use of folk instruments. It was a qualitative research. The research area was Mor Lam Community next to Wat Matchimawat, Muang District, Udon Thani Province. The population was divided into three groups by purposive selection. in-depth interview The results showed that There are 3 types of Isan folk instruments found in Mor Lam bands, namely, phin, kansaw, and tend not to be used as musical instruments. from the physical factors of the machine with an unconventional shape sound setting system that is not standardized and lack of opportunity to present Therefore, there are guidelines for conservation, such as improving the shape of the musical instrument. Choose to use technology to create a sound system and set the sound to the standard. Organize activities to continuously present Isaan folk musical instruments. to create a trend of cultural capitalism leading to the popularity of Isan folk instruments.
