การใช้สรรพนามบุรุษที่ 1 ในการพูดสร้างสรรค์ภาษาไทยถิ่นอีสาน

Abstract

                                                                            บทคัดย่อ
        บทความนี้ได้ถูกถอดถอนออกจากการตีพิมพ์ ตามมติของกองบรรณาธิการวารสารภาษา ศาสนา และวัฒนธรรม คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เมื่อวันที่ 15 กันยายน 2569 โดยเป็นการดำเนินการตามแนวปฏิบัติของคณะกรรมการจริยธรรมการตีพิมพ์ (Committee on Publication Ethics: COPE) และแนวทางการถอดถอนบทความของศูนย์ดัชนีการอ้างอิงวารสารไทย (TCI)
         เหตุผลในการถอดถอน: ภายหลังการตีพิมพ์ พบว่า 1) รายการอ้างอิงจำนวนหนึ่งในบทความไม่สามารถตรวจสอบหรือยืนยันการมีอยู่จริงของแหล่งข้อมูลดังกล่าวได้ (Unverifiable/Non-existent References) ซึ่งขัดต่อเงื่อนไขการส่งบทความที่ผู้นิพนธ์ต้องรับรองความถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และตรวจสอบได้ของรายการอ้างอิงทั้งหมด กรณีดังกล่าวส่งผลกระทบต่อความน่าเชื่อถือและความถูกต้องทางวิชาการของบทความอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ 2) มีการขอให้ถอดถอนชื่อผู้ร่วมนิพนธ์จากบทความที่ตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่แล้ว ได้แก่ ผู้นิพนธ์ลำดับที่ 3 และ 4 ซึ่งได้แจ้งมายังกองบรรณาธิการว่า ไม่มีส่วนร่วมในการทำวิจัยและไม่ได้ยินยอมให้นำชื่อมาใส่ในบทความด้วยนั้น ตามนโยบายของวารสารที่ว่าผู้นิพนธ์ทั้งหมดจะต้องมีส่วนร่วมในการนิพนธ์ กองบรรณาธิการได้ตรวจสอบจากเอกสารหลักฐานที่มีอยู่ พบว่า ผู้ร่วมนิพนธ์ลำดับที่ 3 และ 4 ไม่ได้มีส่วนร่วมในการนิพนธ์จริง แต่ให้คงชื่อไว้ในบทความที่ถูก Retraction เพราะการถอดชื่อออกในขณะที่เนื้อหาและผลงานวิจัยเผยแพร่ไปแล้วนั้น จะทำให้ข้อมูลประวัติศาสตร์ทางวิชาการคลาดเคลื่อนและขัดต่อหลักความโปร่งใส
         ดังนั้น ด้วยเหตุผลดังกล่าวทั้ง 2 ประการ จึงเข้าข่ายมีความผิดทางจริยธรรมและจรรยาบรรณ กองบรรณาธิการจึงมีมติให้ถอดถอนบทความนี้ออกจากวารสาร เพื่อรักษาความถูกต้องสมบูรณ์ของฐานข้อมูลทางวิชาการต่อไป

                                                                              Abstract
         This article has been retracted from publication following a resolution by the editorial board of the Journal of Language, Religion and Culture, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Khon Kaen University, on September 15, 2026. This action was taken in accordance with the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and the retraction policies of the Thai Journal Citation Index Centre (TCI).

          Reasons for retraction: Following publication, two significant issues were identified: 1) the existence of certain references cited in the article could not be verified or confirmed (Unverifiable/Non-existent References). This constitutes a violation of the journal's submission requirements, under which authors are required to certify the accuracy, completeness, and verifiability of all references. This issue significantly compromises the article's credibility and academic integrity. 2) A request was made to remove the names of two co-authors—specifically the third and fourth authors—from the published article. These individuals informed the Editorial Board that they had not participated in the research and had not consented to the inclusion of their names as authors. In accordance with the journal's policy requiring all listed authors to have contributed to the work, the Editorial Board reviewed the available evidence and confirmed that the third and fourth authors had not participated in the research or authorship of this article. Their names have nevertheless been retained in the version of record associated with this retraction. Removing their names after the article and its findings had already been published and disseminated could distort the academic record and would be inconsistent with principles of transparency.
           On the basis of these two grounds, the Editorial Board determined that the article constitutes a violation of ethical standards and professional conduct. Consequently, the Editorial Board has resolved to retract the article from the journal, in order to preserve the integrity of the academic database.
