Abstract

        This article aimed to study 1) the recruitment process of HR recruitment officers in Business Services Alliance Co.,Ltd, 2) the problems of HR recruitment in Business Services Alliance Co.,Ltd. and 3) the guidelines of the recruitment efficiency development in Business Services Alliance Co.,Ltd. The population consisted of 19 HR recruitment officers in Business Services Alliance Co.,Ltd. 


        The research results were found as follows; 1) The HR recruitment process comprised of the steps of job specification according to the employer’s TOR and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of Business Services Alliance Co.,Ltd, followed by job analysis according to the open positions, the site recruitment and determine the responsible persons, and recruitment by PR media, checking application and evaluation. 2) The problems of HR recruitment at the highest aspect was the unclear policy, followed by the complicate document processes and insufficient electronic sources to support HR recruitment respectively, and 3) the guidelines to develop the recruitment efficiency at the highest aspect was setting the clear policy for effective manpower planning framework, followed by applying HR digital recruitment system in every process such as the application and testing process and organizing the HR recruitment training for essential skill development.
