Abstract

                   Creative media to inspiration with personality development process, “FOLLOW THE KING’S FOOTSTEPS WITH TEACHER TO CLASSROOM”. According to The Distance Education Office of each of  9 Rajamangala Universities of Technology in collaboration with the Distance Learning Foundation under the Royal Patronage with high academic and professional content to the tertiary level curriculum and  the provision of academic service to the general public The program “FOLLOW THE KING’S FOOTSTEPS WITH TEACHER TO CLASSROOM” was developed as a documentary program that focuses on presenting facts through stories. Giving knowledge from real-life history of real teachers (A teacher who inherits the royal initiative that introduces the 10 Royal Virtues of His Majesty King Bhumibol-Adulyadej, which is the principle of the king, into the classroom) with the content of the program aimed at audiences of all ages which the media itself has linked various techniques many styles blend together to create a good imagination and motivate the audience such as stories from interviews. Multimedia media with five elements are introduced to stimulate the interest of the audience, images, animation, sound, video, and text. Using music and sound effects This strengthens the meaning of the picture and sound displayed on the television of the Distance Learning Foundation under the Royal Patronage, in which the satellite distance education television broadcasting commission is broadcasting teaching and learning from Wangklaikangwon School to convey a deeper meaning and creative feel to the audience. The motivational material evolved from a process of personality development for work based on the uniquely human traits of Stoltz.  In the program’s contents, there is a comparison of the working life between the past and the present of a real teacher who is known as a teacher who inherits the King's concept by introducing one of 10 Royal Virtues of His Majesty King Bhumibol-Adulyadej to the classroom.
