                   The Research title of The Model of  Participation Process  for Transparency of The Thai Local Government In The next Decade Sustain by the Research Objectives are, to Study the way of Participation Promotion to Support. Transparency of Local Government in next Decade, for Construct The Model of People Participation and to Propose, The Strategy of People Participation all sectors, The Research Methodology is, Mixed Method, by The Quantitative Research : Questionnaire and The Qualitative Method, by Delphi Technic and 2 Focus Groups, Collecting Data from 7 Local Government Organization (7 Key Province), 420 Sample size of Questionnaire. 19 Expert for Delphi Technic and 22 Informant of Focus Group Technic, They are from the Local Government Organization Officer and Stakeholders, The Research Timing on October 2017 to September 2018

                  The Result of This Research find  the Model of Participation Promotion to Transparence of Local Government Organization in next Decade, must to use The 5’C Model, for The good Communication, Co-ordination, Co-operative, Control and Convince to People Participation
