COMMUNITY ENTERPRISES NETWORKING PROCESS OF RAIKHING SUB-DISTRICT SAMPHRAN DISTRICT NAKHONPATHOM PROVINCE

Abstract

     The objective of this research was to study the general condition of the enterprises networking process of Raikhing sub-district, the relationship between the participation of members and the community enterprises networking process of Raikhing sub-district and the problems, obstacles and suggestions for community enterprises networking process of Raikhing sub-district, Samphran district, Nakhonpathom province. The research methodology of this study was the mixed methods comprised: The quantitative research conducted by survey method, collecting data from 180 samples out of 324 personnel of community members of Raikhing sub-district with questionnaires which was reliability at 0.967, analyzed data with Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, and Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient and; The qualitative research collected data from 12 key informants by in-depth-interview. The obtained data was analyzed by descriptive content analysis.

            The findings of this research were as follows: 1) The general conditions of the enterprises networking process of Raikhing sub-district, Samphran district, Nakhonpathom province were at high level in overall. Members’ participation had relationship with the community enterprises networking process of Raikhing sub-district, Samphran district, Nakhonpathom provinces at high level in overall. Considering each aspect, it found that all aspect was at a high level therefore the hypothesis was accepted. The problems and obstacles found in this study were as follows: Lacking of driving mechanism for young generations to continue the enterprises; Members did not have knowledge and budget to support the enterprises; Locations of the enterprises belong to private parties caused many problems for operation; City planning which changed the former agricultural areas into commercial areas caused pollution; The climate change that had effects on the production of local goods to be decreased including and; The lack of local product upgrading which lowered the rate of product interesting. The suggestions were as follows : the Office of Raikhing Agriculture should support the enterprises with equipment and budget as needed, publicize the benefits of the community enterprises, promote the products, seek for the budgets from other agencies concerned, support new seeds, promote educational tour, training and seminar, persuade new industry to support the local products, negotiate with both government and private sectors to make memorandum of understanding ( MOU) , initiate research and development for product extension, promote people cooperation with the government support to upgrade new products, encourage students to learn the way of life so that they will love the locality as local products distribution areas.
