THE DESIGN SYSTEM OF SEAUSEAW-SHIRT FOR CUSTOMER REQUIREMENT ANALYSIS OF BANMAUNGLAUNG TEXTILE COMMUNITY ENTERPRISE, AMPHUR HAUYTAPTAN, SISAKET PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to: 1) study SeauSeaw-shirt’s embroidering pattern of BanMaungLaung Textile Community Enterprise, Amphur Hauytaptan, Sisaket Province,  2) design and develop The Design System of SeauSeaw-Shirt for Customer Requirement  Analysis, and 3) evaluate the system’s efficiency  and user  satisfaction towards  The Design System of SeauSeaw-Shirt for Customer Requirement  Analysis.  The sample groups were the users of the system consisting of 3 groups: 15 members of BanMaungLaung Textile Community Enterprise, 100 tourists, and 371 government employees. The statistics used in the research were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research results were found that: 1) there were 27 patterns of SeauSeaw shirt embroidering pattern consisting of 2 styles: traditional styles and contemporary style, 2) The Design System of SeauSeaw-Shirt for Customer Requirement Analysis of BanMaungLaung Textile Community Enterprise Amphur Hauytaptan, Sisaket Province. The system was successfully designed by the researcher and publicized via https://silkcloth.sisaket4tribes.com. The results of the system’s efficiency evaluation was at “Highest” level (= 4.58, S.D. = 0.52). The system runs efficiently on all of functions, usability, and has security by authorization.  The security of the system was https protocol. The evaluation of users’ satisfaction was at “High” level ( = 4.01, S.D. = 0.84). The system were found as interesting and suitable.
