Organizations Sustainable Development in the three Southern Border Provinces

The objective of study organizations sustainable Development in the three southern border provinces is; Management System of Organization, Management Strategy and SWOT analysis. This study use Mixed Method Research which including tools; survey, in-depth interview by selected sample. The in-depth inter viewseparate into four groups are The policy maker, Top management from the government, Participate of this policy and Professional in this study area total of 412 interviewees. The result are analyze by the program and report.The result of Organizations sustainable Development in the three southern border provinces found that; the problem of organization development is Human resource. Because the organization just started and structure of organization as well as the development of human resource focus of the top level. Researcher has suggested as follow; the organization shall develop strategy plan together with the current situation, explicitly job description and collaborate inside organization. The organization shall brain storm from all stakeholders, language training (Yawee) and Budget management in system, however Center shall able to change without permission.
