Abstract

ABSTRACT

The study aimed to study the feasibility of establishing the Faculty of Law. Kanchanaburi Rajabhat University. The sample consisted of representatives from government or private organizations involved in the law, the stakeholders with the teaching and learning law: representatives from the Lawyers' Council, representatives from Academic Council, representatives from Kanchanaburi Rajabhat University, representative lecturers from Bachelor of Laws Program in Laws, representative guest Lecturers from Bachelor of Laws Program in Laws, representatives of legal scholars in state organizations, and representatives of the people related in Bachelor of Laws Program in Laws. The instrument used in the study was a questionnaire developed by the researcher, the data collected from in-depth interviews. Key informants were collected by using the selected method. Specifically (purposive sampling), it could be concluded that there was no possibility in the establishment of the Faculty of Law, Kanchanaburi Rajabhat University based on TELOSH Principles including six sides: Technology and System, Economic, Legal, operation, schedule and Human.
