LEGAL MEASURES TO DRIVE VOLUNTEERISM, DEVELOPM COMMUNITY ENTERPRISES AND REDUC INEQUALITY IN SOCIETY

Abstract

The objective of this research were to compare and study on  survey problems in the areas of) economics, 2) health, 3) social/community, 4) innovation, and 5) education and propose solutions to problems that enable people in the area to earn income from agriculture and enhance education, health, society and innovation for agriculture. It is a qualitative research. Through in-depth interviews and observations, and community leaders. The results showed that. On the economic side, it is something that must be urgently addressed, namely reducing interest rates by the Bank of Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BAAC) or slowing down interest payments in order to increase the opportunity to generate more income. Create additional occupations to be able to generate more productivity and income, such as cocoa, coffee and rubber. Increase the price of rice at 8,000-12,000 baht per ton, the price of silk is 200 baht per kilogram or more. Training to educate about household accounting to keep a record of income, expenses and to write off unnecessary expenses to have more savings.
