ความสัมพันธ์เชิงเหตุและผลของบุพปัจจัยต่อการบริหารงานตำรวจ ของตำรวจสายตรวจนครบาล

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพทั่วไปของตัวแปรบุคคล งบประมาณ วัสดุอุปกรณ์ การบริหารจัดการ และการบริหารงานตำรวจ 2) อิทธิพลของบุคคล งบประมาณ วัสดุอุปกรณ์ และการบริหารจัดการที่มีต่อการบริหารงานตำรวจ ใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามจากตำรวจสายตรวจนครบาลจำนวน 310 คน ใช้สถิติพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์เส้นทาง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ตำรวจสายตรวจนครบาลส่วนใหญ่มีความเห็นว่างบประมาณมีความสำคัญมากที่สุดต่อการบริหารงานตำรวจ รองลงมาไล่เรียงลำดับคือ บุคคล การบริหารจัดการ และวัสดุอุปกรณ์เป็นลำดับท้าย 2) งบประมาณมีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อการบริหารงานตำรวจมากที่สุด ส่วนบุคคลมีอิทธิพลทั้งทางอ้อมและผลรวมหรือมีความ สัมพันธ์เชิงเหตุและผลมากที่สุดต่อการบริหารงานตำรวจ
