บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยชิ้นนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาวิธีบริหารคนดีและคนเก่งในองค์กรเพื่อนำไปสู่องค์กรแห่งตวามเป็นเลิศ ความรู้ที่ได้จากการวิจัยจะนำไปประยุกต์ พัฒนาองค์กรให้มีความเป็นเลิศซึ่งมีการเปรียบเทียบระหว่างบริษัทข้ามชาติกับบริษัทไทย. การศึกษานี้เป็นงานวิขัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งหมด 365 คนจากบริษัทที่ทำธุรกิจด้านการเงิน การวิเคราะใช้สถิตืเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติการวิเคราะห์สมการโครงสร้าง. ผลการวิจับพบว่า: 1) องค์ประกอบที่สำคัญของคนดีคือเป็นผู้มีจริยธรรม ซื่อสัตย์และเป็นที่รักของเพื่อนร่วมงาน 2) องค์ประกอบที่สำคัญของคนเก่งคือเป็นผู้ที่มีความโดดเด่นในหลายๆ ด้าน มีความเฉลียวฉลาดในงาน 3) การเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์และการศึกษามีส่วนสำคัญที่ทำให้เกิดคนเก่งในองค์กรแห่งความเป็นเลิศ 4) พบว่ามีความแตกต่างระหว่างบริษัทข้ามชาติกับบริษัทไทยในบริบทของคนดีและคนเก่งที่จะนำพาองค์กรไปสู่ความเป็นเลิศ
