Abstract

เรื่องของความกำหนัด กามารมณ์ และ เพศสัมพันธ์ ถือเป็นความรู้สึกตามสัญชาตญาณของมนุษย์ [1] ดังนั้นจึงพบสื่อเรื่องเพศมีปรากฏในสังคมมานาน และมีพัฒนาการการนำเสนอข้อมูลดังกล่าวเรื่อยมาจนเข้าสู่ยุคเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในปัจจุบัน อย่างไรก็ตามเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเปรียบเสมือนดาบสองคม ที่นำถูกเสนอบริการที่ไม่สร้างสรรค์อย่างสื่อลามกบนที่นำเสนอผ่านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในปัจจุบันซึ่งมีอยู่หลากหลายรูปแบบด้วยกัน เช่น การสนทนาออนไลน์ เว็บไซต์ลามก การติดต่อสื่อสารในสังคมออนไลน์ การดาวน์โหลดคลิปลามกและภาพลามก การอ่านการ์ตูนลามก และการอ่านเรื่องเล่าทางเพศ สื่อเหล่านี้มีลักษณะที่ยั่วยุ หรือกระตุ้นให้ผู้พบเห็นมีความรู้สึกทางกามารมณ์และความกำหนัด ประกอบกับเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการติดต่อสื่อสารที่เข้าถึงได้โดยง่าย และมีช่องทางการนำเสนอหลายช่องทางหลายรูปแบบดังที่กล่าวมาข้างต้น ดังนั้นแล้วเด็กและเยาวชนจึงตกอยู่ในสภาวะเสี่ยงจากความไม่รู้เท่าทัน ซึ่งจะส่งผลกระทบต่อเด็กและเยาวชนทั้งต่อตัวบุคคลและต่อสังคมและวัฒนธรรมทั้งนี้เยาวชนซึ่งเป็นวัยที่มีความต้องการและมีความสนใจในเรื่องเพศตามพัฒนาการในการเรียนรู้ หากไม่ระมัดระวังก็อาจนำภัยอันตรายต่อร่างกาย จิตใจ และทรัพย์สิน สู่ผู้ใช้และครอบครัวได้ในที่สุด

THE THREAT OF PORNOGRAPHY COMES TO INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

The erotic carnality and sex is an instinctive feeling of humanity. It has appeared in social media for many years. and there is the development of information presentation has been continuing until today. However, technology is like a double–edged sword which is not creative including the pornography’s on information technology. There are a plenty of forms such as online chat porn sites, social network communications, downloading porn clips, pornography, porn comics, and sex stories. These are provocative and can encourage the feeling of sexual desire and the erotic of some spectators. Moreover, the information technology and communications can easily get through by multi-channel and formats as the writer mentioned above. Therefore, children and youth are in a complete state of ignorance knowingly risk which affect individuals, society and cultures. The youth, the age has a need and interest in sexuality by developmental learning. If they were not careful, it could be harmful to their bodies, minds, properties and families.
