Conceptual Framework of the Influence of Causal Factors to Business Performance

Abstract

This paper aims to develop a conceptual framework of influence of causal factors to business performance. The study was conducted by reviewing literature from various sources such as academic articles, research articles, and textbooks. The results indicated that the influence of causal factors to business performance consist of 1) a mindset toward green organization, 2) green organizational culture, 3) green service knowledge 4) customer involvement 5) green service innovation and 6) competitive advantage. In addition, the influence of the moderator, which is customer relationship management has an effect on the relationship between green service innovation and competitive advantage. The framework would be helpful for organizations and empirical studies in the future.
