Influence of Success Factors on the effectiveness of the personnel performance of Assumption College Affiliated School

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to (1) study the factors of success of organizational management, (2) study the effectiveness of personnel performance, and (3) study the factors of success in organizational management influencing effectiveness of personnel performance. The statistics used in this research were Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with statistical significance level 0.001. The results of the study revealed that (1) factors of success in organizational management revealed the overall score at highest level. (2) operational effectiveness revealed the overall score at highest level. And (3) the factors of success in organizational management positively affect the effectiveness of personnel with 0.001 level of significance.
