Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the conditions of participative management of enterprises operation based on cooperative education standard by using survey research. The instrument used in the research was a questionnaire. The population for this research consisted of 4,834 students was entrepreneurs, employers, and users of cooperative education students in cooperative education networks of higher education institutions. The sample of 369 students was determined by Taro Yamane's formula using simple sampling methods. The statistics used were frequency and percentage. Overall standard of cooperative education of the enterprises is at a medium level. When considering each aspect, it was found that at a high level, namely management in the middle level, the supervisors and at a low level, namely academic and measurement, evaluation and evaluation report.
