การพัฒนาระบบบริหารจัดการการเรียนการสอนผ่านระบบเครือข่ายระดับอุดมศึกษา

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย 1) เพื่อพัฒนาและหาประสิทธิภาพระบบบริหารจัดการ
การเรียนการสอนผ่านระบบเครือข่าย ระดับอุดมศึกษา  2)  เพื่อศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาที่เรียนผ่านระบบบริหารจัดการการเรียนการสอนผ่านระบบเครือข่าย ระดับอุดมศึกษา 3) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียน ผู้สอน และผู้บริหารระบบเครือข่ายที่มีต่อระบบบริหารจัดการการเรียนการสอนผ่านระบบเครือข่าย ระดับอุดมศึกษา ผู้วิจัยได้พัฒนารูปแบบระบบ โดยผ่านการประเมินจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ แล้วสร้างบทเรียนออนไลน์ วิชาวิเคราะห์และออกแบบระบบ ที่มีประสิทธิภาพ จากนั้นนำไปทดลองกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ นักศึกษาสาขาระบบสารสนเทศทางคอมพิวเตอร์ คณะเทคโนโลยีสังคม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลตะวันออก จำนวน 30 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลในการเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน คือ t-test dependent

ผลการวิจัยปรากฏดังนี้

1. ผลการพัฒนารูปแบบระบบโดยประเมินด้านสอดคล้องขององค์ประกอบระบบเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด คือ มีระดับความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 0.96 อยู่ในระดับเหมาะสม

2. ผลการประเมินเพื่อหาประสิทธิภาพของระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นโดยผ่านการประเมินจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้วยเทคนิค Black Box Testing Technique ทั้ง 5 ด้าน พบว่า ผลของการประเมินในภาพรวมของระบบมีประสิทธิภาพอยู่ในระดับมาก

3. ผลการพัฒนาบทเรียนวิชาวิเคราะห์และออกแบบระบบผ่านระบบบริหารจัดการการเรียน การสอนผ่านระบบเครือข่ายระดับอุดมศึกษา ที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพ (E₁/E₂) 86/89 เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด

4. ผลการเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนของนักศึกษา พบว่า ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

5. ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานระบบ ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจโดยรวมสามารถสรุปได้ว่า มีความพึงพอใจมากต่อระบบบริหารจัดการการเรียนการสอนผ่านระบบเครือข่าย ระดับอุดมศึกษา

Abstract

The purposes of this study were (1) to develop a learning management system via network at the higher education level and evaluate its efficiency; (2) to study learning achievement of the students learning under the learning management system via network at the higher education level; and (3) to study the satisfaction of learners, instructors, and administrators with the learning management system via network at the higher education level.

The researcher had developed a learning management system via network at the higher education level, which was approved by experts.  Then he developed online lessons in the System Analysis and Design Course, the efficiency of which was verified by experts.  After that, the lessons were experimented with the sample of 30 students in the Computer Information System Program, Faculty of Social Technology, Eastern Rajamangala University of Technology.  Statistics employed for data analysis in comparison of pre-learning and post-learning achievements was the dependent t-test.

Research findings were as follows:

1. The developed model of learning management system via network was verified by experts as being appropriate as shown by the IOC of 0.96.

2. Results of evaluation to determine the efficiency of the developed learning management system by experts with the use of the Black Box Technique showed that the overall efficiency of the system, inclusive of its five aspects, was at the high level.

3. Results of evaluation to determine the efficiency of the developed online lessons in the System Analysis and Design Course showed the its efficiency index (E1/E2) was 86/89 which met the set efficiency criterion.

4. Results of comparison of students’ pre-learning and post-learning learning achievements showed significant difference at the .01 level.

5. Results of evaluation of satisfaction of system users with the developed system as a whole lead to the conclusion that they were highly satisfied with the developed learning management system via network at the higher education level.
