เทคนิคการสัมภาษณ์แบบ Multiple Mini Interviews หรือ MMI เป็นเทคนิคที่ใช้รวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับ คุณลักษณะที่ไม่ใช่พุทธิพิสัย (non-cognitive traits) สามารถแก้ไขข้อจำกัดด้านความเที่ยง (reliability) และความเป็น ปรนัย (objectivity) ของการสัมภาษณ์แบบเดิมที่ใช้กรรมการสัมภาษณ์เป็นคณะ (panel interview) ซึ่งความเที่ยงของ การสัมภาษณ์แบบ MMI นั้นขึ้นอยู่กับจำนวนของสถานี (station) ในการสัมภาษณ์ เทคนิคดังกล่าวสามารถนำไปใช้ใน การสัมภาษณ์เพื่อคัดเลือกบุคคลเข้าศึกษาต่อ และประยุกต์ใช้ในรวบรวมข้อมูลลักษณะอื่นๆ ได้
Abstract
Multiple Mini Interviews techniques or MMI is a technique used to collect information about the non-cognitive traits, which can solve the limit of reliability and objectivity of the interview, used the same interviewer group. The reliability of the MMI depends on the number of stations in an interview. MMI can be used in the interview for selection into study and applications for data collection other.
