Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1)เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนตามความคิดเห็นของครูกับผลการประเมินคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา 2)เพื่อศึกษาผลการประเมินคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสาคร และ 3)เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนตามความคิดเห็นของครูกับผลการประเมินคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา  กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสาคร จำนวน 340 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวมรวมข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถามวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า  1) ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมีภาวะผู้นำรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.74 ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ การมีคุณธรรมจริยธรรม ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.99  รองลงมาคือการมองกว้างและไกล ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.95  และการมีความน่าเชื่อถือ ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.94  2)  ผลการประเมินคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษาในภาพรวมทุกมาตรฐานมีระดับคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.34  มาตรฐานด้านการเรียนการสอนมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ 3.70  รองลงมาคือมาตรฐานด้านคุณภาพผู้เรียน ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.37   3). ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน กับผลการประเมินคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา ในภาพรวมพบว่า ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กัน ส่วนในรายด้านพบว่า ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนด้านการมีความสามารถมีความสัมพันธ์กับผลการประเมินคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษาในมาตรฐานด้านคุณภาพผู้เรียน และมาตรฐานด้านการพัฒนาชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01   ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนด้านการมีความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ มีความสัมพันธ์กับผลการประเมินคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษาในมาตรฐานด้านการเรียนการสอน และมาตรฐานด้านการบริหารและการจัดการศึกษา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

Abstract

The objectives of the research were to 1) study the school administrators’ leadership based on other teachers’ opinions and the result of internal quality assessment; 2) study the result of internal quality assessment of schools under the Samutsakhon Educational Service Area Office; and 3) to study the relationship between school administrators’ leadership based on other teachers’ opinions and the result of internal quality assessment of schools. The research variables were administrator’s leadership and internal quality assessment of schools under the Samutsakhon Educational Service Area Office. The samples were 340 elementary school teachers under the Samutsakhon Educational Service Area Office. The research instrument was a questionnaire evaluated by a computer.  Data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient.

The findings revealed the following: 1) Overall, the school administrators had leadership at the highest level with a mean of 4.74. The highest rated aspect was ethics and moral aspect with a mean of 4.99.  The following aspect was prudence with a mean of 4.95 and credibility with a mean of 4.94. 2) The overall result of internal quality assessment in all standards was at a moderate level with a mean of 3.34. The teaching-leaning standard had the highest mean of 3.7. The second highest was the learner’s quality standards with a mean of 3.37. 3) Overall, the school administrators’ leadership and internal quality assessment was not significantly related. Considering each aspect, the administrators’ leadership was related to the results of the internal quality assessment in learner’s quality standards and the development of learning community at a .01 level of significance. Moreover, the administrators’ leadership in the creative aspect was related to the result of internal quality assessment in teaching-learning and educational management standards at a .01 level of significance.
