การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม เรื่อง การออกแบบหน่วยการเรียนรู้อิงมาตรฐาน สำหรับครูภาษาไทย ระดับมัธยมศึกษา

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม เรื่อง การออกแบบหน่วยการเรียนรู้อิงมาตรฐาน สำหรับครูภาษาไทย ระดับมัธยมศึกษา 2) ประเมินประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเรื่อง การออกแบบหน่วยการเรียนรู้อิงมาตรฐาน สำหรับครูภาษาไทย ระดับมัธยมศึกษา และ 3) ติดตามการนำความรู้ไปใช้ปฏิบัติการออกแบบหน่วยการเรียนรู้อิงมาตรฐานในสถานศึกษาโดยมีขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานวิจัย 4 ขั้นตอนคือ 1) การศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพื้นฐาน 2) การพัฒนาหลักสูตร 3) การทดลองใช้และหาประสิทธิผล และ 4) การติดตามผลการนำความรู้เรื่องการออกแบบหน่วยการเรียนรู้อิงมาตรฐานไปปฏิบัติในสถานศึกษา   กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูภาษาไทย ระดับมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาใช้วิธีการสุ่มการสุ่มแบบมีระบบ (System random sampling)จำนวน 40 คน แยกเป็นครูผู้สอนระดับมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1จำนวน 20  คน ระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 จำนวน 20 คน  แบบแผนการทดลอง  One-Group Pretest - Posttest Design  เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของคะแนนค่าเฉลี่ยความรู้เกี่ยวกับการออกแบบหน่วย การเรียนรู้อิงมาตรฐาน  เจตคติต่อการออกแบบหน่วยการเรียนรู้อิงมาตรฐานก่อนและหลังการฝึกอบรมโดย ค่าเฉลี่ยผลการประเมินชิ้นงานการออกแบบหน่วยการเรียนรู้อิงมาตรฐาน และ ค่าเฉลี่ยผลการติดตามการนำความรู้เรื่องการออกแบบหน่วยการเรียนรู้อิงมาตรฐานไปปฏิบัติในสถานศึกษาของผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมหลังการฝึกอบรมเสร็จสิ้นไปแล้ว 2 สัปดาห์ ใช้สถิติทดสอบ t-test (Dependent Samples)

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมที่พัฒนามีคุณภาพดีและมีความเหมาะสมสามารถนำไปใช้ในการฝึกอบรม การหาประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรจากผลการเปรียบเทียบคะแนนการทดสอบวัดความรู้เกี่ยวกับการออกแบบหน่วยการเรียนรู้อิงมาตรฐานหลังการฝึกอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนการฝึกอบรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลการประเมินชิ้นงานการออกแบบหน่วยการเรียนรู้อิงมาตรฐานของผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมอยู่ในระดับดี และมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงกว่า 2.50 ผลการติดตามการนำความรู้เรื่องการออกแบบหน่วยการเรียนรู้อิงมาตรฐานไปปฏิบัติในสถานศึกษาของผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมหลังการฝึกอบรมเสร็จสิ้นไปแล้ว 2 สัปดาห์ อยู่ในระดับดี มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงกว่า 2.50

Abstract

The purposes of the research were to 1) develop a training curriculum on Standard-Based Learning Unit Design for Thai language teachers of the secondary education level; 2) evaluate the efficiency of the training curriculum on the design and 3) follow up the application of the knowledge through the four steps of the research and the curriculum development as follows:

1) The study and analysis of the basic data;

2) The curriculum design and development;

3) The field test for findings and its efficiency;

4) The follow up for the application of the knowledge of the Standard-Based Learning Unit Design in schools.

The sample group for the study was undertaken by means of System random sampling. There were 40 Thai language teachers from different secondary schools under the jurisdiction of the Secondary Education Service Area Offices: 20 were from Mathayomsuksa 1 and the rest were from Mathayomsuksa 4. The One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design was used to compare the differences between the average scores on the knowledge of standard-based learning unit design, the pre- and post-attitudes from the training, and the differences between the average task evaluation results and the follow-up results on the in-house knowledge application. The design was implemented two weeks after training by means of the Dependent Samples t-test.

The findings of the research indicated that the training curriculum was considerably good and appropriate for the training application in terms of quality. Regarding the efficiency of the curriculum, the knowledge of Standard-Based Learning Unit Design after the training was higher than before training at a .05 level of significance. The result of the task evaluations of the trainees and the follow-up results on the in-house knowledge application, which was conducted after two weeks of the training, was good at an average level of 2.50.
