การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการจัดหาทรัพยากรสารสนเทศด้วยระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์

บทคัดย่อ

  การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อสำรวจความต้องการใช้งานระบบจัดหาทรัพยากรสารสนเทศอิเล็กทอรนิกส์ ของบรรณารักษ์ฝ่ายจัดหาทรัพยากรสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร 2) เพื่อออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบการจัดหาทรัพยากรสารสนเทศอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ให้กับฝ่ายจัดหาทรัพยากรสารสนเทศ สำนักวิทยาบริการและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนดุสิตและ 3) เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบจัดหาทรัพยากรสารสนเทศอิเล็กทรอนิกส์การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยประยุกต์โดยการพัฒนาระบบจัดหาทรัพยากรสารสนเทศอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ตามวัฏจักรการพัฒนาระบบงาน (System development Life Cycle : SDLC) เพื่อช่วยในการแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดกับระบบปัจจุบัน กลุ่มตัวอย่างสำหรับการประเมินประสิทธิภาพการเสนอซื้อทรัพยากรสารสนเทศผ่านระบบจัดหาทรัพยากรสารสนเทศอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ได้แก่ อาจารย์ เจ้าหน้าที่ และนักศึกษา สังกัดมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนดุสิต จำนวน 133 คน ได้มาจากากรสุ่มตัวอย่างแนบเจาะจง กลุ่มตัวอย่างสำหรับประเมินการจัดหาทรัพยากรสารสนเทศผ่านระบบจัดหาทรัพยากรสารสนเทศอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ คือ บรรณารักษ์ฝ่ายจัดหาทรัพยากรสารสนเทศจำนวน 5 คน จากฝ่ายงานห้องสมุด มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย ระบบจัดหาทรัพยากรสารสนเทศอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ แบบประเมินประสิทธิภาพการเสนอซื้อทรัพยากรสารสนเทศผ่านระบบจัดหาทรัพยากรสารสนเทศอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และแบบประเมินประสิทธิภาพการจัดหาทรัพยากรสารสนเทศผ่านระบบจัดหาทรัพยากรสารสนเทศอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ผลการวิจัยมีดังนี้ บรรณารักษ์ฝ่ายจัดหาทรัพยากรสารสนเทศทั้งหมดต้องการใช้งานระบบจัดหาทรัพยากรสารสนเทศอิเล็กทรอนิกส์โดยระบบจัดทรัพยากรสารสนเทศอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่พัฒนาขึ้นมานี้

Abstract

The purposes of this research study were : 1) to explore needs of librarians in using

the electronic acquisition systemin Rajabhat Universities in Bangkok; 2) to design and

develop an electronic acquisition system for the Academic Resources Center and

Information Technology (ARIT), SuanDusitRajabhat University; and 3) to evaluate the

efficiency of the electronic acquisition system. This study project employed a quantitative

research design. A new information system namely the Systematic Development Life Cycle

or SDLC was developed to solve current problems. To evaluate the efficiency of the

electronic acquisition system, 133 participants were purposively selected from Suan Dusit

Rajabhat University including teachers, student, and university staff. In addition,

5 participants from the Rajabhat Universities in Bangkok were selected to evaluate the

efficiency of resources acquisition. Research tools were: 1) the electronic acquisition system,

and 2) two sets of evaluation sheets. Findings revealed that: 1) 100 percent of librarians

needed to use this electronic acquisition system or SDLC which is located at URL: http://

efficient, while the system of information resources acquisition was the most efficient.
