บทคัดย่อ

  การศึกษาเรื่อง เยาวชนไทยกบการละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์บนอินเทอร์เน็ต มีวัตถุประสงค์ การวิจัย 1) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อเยาวชนไทยกับการละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์บนอินเทอร์เน็ต และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์บนอินเทอร์เน็ต โดยผู้วิจัยจะทำการศึกษาเฉพาะเยาวชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถาม โดยใช้โปรแกรมสถิติสำเร็จรูปสำหรับการวิจัยทางสังคมศาสตร์ (SPSS)  วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิตชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ (Frequency)  และค่าร้อยละ (percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation : S.D.) และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ สถิติไคสแคร์ Chi-square ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้

  ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย มีอายุระหว่าง 18-20 ปี มีการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี ส่วนใหญ่อาศัยอยู่กับบิดามารดา มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตมากกว่า 3 ปี ขึ้นไป และโดยส่วนใหญ่ใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตอยู่ที่บ้านตนเอง

  ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์บนอินเทอร์เน็ต พบว่า เมื่อพิจารณาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์บนอินเทอร์เน็ตเป็นรายด้าน เรียงตามลำดับ คือ 1) ด้านข้อกฎหมายและบทลงโทษที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์บนอินเทอร์เน็ต โดยผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามเห็นว่า บทกำหนดโทษไม่เพียงพอ 2) ด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์การต่อต้านการละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์โดยผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามเห็นวา การประชาสัมพันธ์เพื่อการกระตุ้นจิตสำนึกของประชาชนไม่สม่ำเสมอ 3) ด้านปัญหากลุ่มอิทธิพลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์บนอินเทอร์เน็ต โดยผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามเห็นว่า การให้ความช่วยเหลือจากกลุ่มอิทธิพลพ่อค้ามีส่วนสงเสริมให้เยาวชนเกิดการกระทำผิด ตามลำดับ ส่วนการทดสอบสมมุติฐาน พบว่า เพศ อายุ และประสบการณ์ในการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ต มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์บนอินเทอร์เน็ตอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05

Abstract

The study. Thai Juvenile and the Infringement Copyright on Internet. The objectives

of this study were 1) to study the factors that affect the youth of Thailand and piracy on the

Internet, and 2) to study the problem and suggestions about piracy on the Internet. This

research aims to study youth. Bangkok 400 students using a questionnaire. Using Stats

Ready for Social Science (SPSS) data analysis with descriptive statistics, including frequency

follows.

Most respondents were male. Aged between 18-20 years of undergraduate study.

affect piracy on the internet is. Order: 1) the laws and penalties associated with copyright

infringement on the Internet. By respondents that Penalty not enough 2) the release of

anti-piracy. By respondents that Promotion of public awareness for irregularly 3) the

problems associated with elite piracy on the Internet. By respondents that The assistance of

a group of influential merchants. Encourage the youth of the offender by the hypothesis

testing showed that gender, age and experience in the use of the Internet. Correlated with

factors affecting piracy on the Internet. Significant at the .05 level.

The problems and suggestions regarding copyright infringement on the Internet.

Respondents agreed that the cooperation of the consumer is the most important issue.

There is no serious problem of police repression. The researchers have suggested that the

government should have the authority to deal with the piracy problem. In addition, should

review and amend the law relating to the practical.
