ทรรศนะของครูผู้สอนที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนร่วมในโรงเรียนสาธิตละอออุทิศ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนดุสิต

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบทรรศนะของครูผู้สอนที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนร่วมในโรงเรียนสาธิตละอออุทิศ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนดุสิต จำแนกตามสถานภาพส่วนตัวของครูผู้สอน  เพศ  อายุ  ระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์การสอนนักเรียนที่มีความต้องการพิเศษ  การเพิ่มพูนความรู้ด้านการศึกษาพิเศษ  โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ จากประชากรที่เป็นครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนสาธิตละอออุทิศ ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วยครูประจำชั้น ครูประจำวิชาที่ปฏิบัติการสอนในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2554 จำนวน 80 คน  เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบข้อมูล คือแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.93 สถิติที่ใช้การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ทรรศนะของครูผู้สอนที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนร่วมในโรงเรียนสาธิตละอออุทิศ อยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยมาก  เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ครูผู้สอนมีทรรศนะต่อการจัดการเรียนร่วมด้านผู้ปกครองอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยมากที่สุด เป็นอันดับที่หนึ่ง รองลงมา คือ ด้านรูปแบบการบริหารงานการจัดการเรียนร่วม  ด้านนักเรียน ด้านกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน  และ ด้าน สื่อ อุปกรณ์ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและสภาพแวดล้อม  ตามลำดับ 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบทรรศนะของครูผู้สอนที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนร่วมในโรงเรียนสาธิตละอออุทิศ พบว่า  ครูเพศชายมีทรรศนะต่อการจัดการเรียนร่วมในโรงเรียนสาธิตละอออุทิศในภาพรวมมากกว่าครูเพศหญิง ครูที่มีอายุน้อยกว่า 30 ปี มีทรรศนะต่อการจัดการเรียนร่วมในโรงเรียนสาธิตละอออุทิศ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนดุสิตในภาพรวมมากกว่าครูที่มีอายุ 31 – 40 ปี และมากกว่า 41 ปี ครูที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีมีทรรศนะต่อการจัดการเรียนร่วมในโรงเรียนสาธิตละอออุทิศในภาพรวมมากกว่าครูที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาสูงกว่าปริญญาตรี  ครูที่มีประสบการณ์  1 – 3 ปี มีทรรศนะต่อการจัดการเรียนร่วมในโรงเรียนสาธิตละอออุทิศในภาพรวมมากกว่าครูที่มีประสบการณ์น้อยกว่า 1 ปี  4 – 6 ปี และมากกว่า 6 ปี ครูที่เคยผ่านการเพิ่มพูนความรู้ด้านการศึกษาพิเศษ มีทรรศนะต่อการจัดการเรียนร่วมในโรงเรียนสาธิตละอออุทิศ ในภาพรวมมากกว่าครูที่ไม่เคยเพิ่มพูนความรู้ด้านการศึกษาพิเศษ

Abstract 

The objectives of the research were to study and compare the viewpoints of teachers towards inclusive education at the La-Orutis Demonstration School at Suan Dusit Rajabhat University. These viewpoints were categorized based on the personal status of teachers (sex, age, and educational level), experience in teaching students with special needs, and  to upgrading in quality of special education  knowledge  of   special education by using the population  survey  research  method of the teachers at the school at Suan Dusit Rajabhat University. The study population  consisted of 80 teachers these include the class room teachers and  teachers  for subject  during the first semester of the 2554 school year. The data collection tool was a survey created by the researcher. Reliability was measured at 0.93. The statistics that were used in the data analysis included percentage, mean and standard deviation. The research found that 1. As  a  whole, the  Attitudes of teachers  with the viewpoints towards inclusive education at La-Orutis Demonstration School at Suan Dusit Rajabhat University and when considered individually, it was found that most teachers agreed with inclusive education that included parental involvement. Secondary to that belief was that inclusive education should involve students with instruction activities, media, equipment and facilities respectively. 2. The comparison of the teachers’ viewpoints towards inclusive education at La-Orutis Demonstration School at Suan Dusit Rajabhat University. found that male teachers Chelsea have Attitudes more than toward inclusive education at the school than female teachers. Teachers who were less than 30 years of age Chelsea have Attitudes more than teachers who were older. Teachers with bachelor’s degrees Chelsea have Attitudes more than  teachers with master degrees or higher. Teachers with one to three years of experience Chelsea have Attitudes more than teachers with less than one year of experience and more than six years of experience. Up until the present, teachers with to enhance their knowledge special education age Chelsea have Attitudes more than teachers with no to enhance  their  knowledge  special  education.
