การใช้บริการทรัพยากรสารสนเทศอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของอาจารย์ที่จัดโดยสำนักวิทยบริการและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนดุสิต

Abstract

บทคัดย่อการวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรม ความพึงพอใจ ปัญหาต่อการใช้บริการทรัพยากรสารสนเทศอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่จัดโดยสำนักวิทยบริการและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ  สวนดุสิต โดยจำแนกตามกลุ่มคณะที่สังกัด เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจโดยใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างซึ่งเป็นอาจารย์ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนดุสิตจำนวน 286 คนการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยาย คือ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และใช้สถิติเชิงอนุมานคือ ค่า t-test (Independent sample t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้บริการทรัพยากรสารสนเทศอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของอาจารย์ภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยกลุ่มวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีมีความพึงพอใจสูงกว่ากลุ่มมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านทรัพยากรสารสนเทศอิเล็กทรอนิกส์แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ส่วนด้านการให้บริการอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและด้านเจ้าหน้าที่  ผู้ให้บริการแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

2. ปัญหาการใช้บริการทรัพยากรสารสนเทศอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของอาจารย์ภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยกลุ่มวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีประสบปัญหาสูงกว่ากลุ่มมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01 ในด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ ด้านเครือข่าย ด้านเว็บไซต์ และด้านฐานข้อมูล

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study and compare the lecturers’ behaviors, satisfaction and problems in using the electronic information resources provided by the Institute of Academic Resources and Information Technology at Suan Dusit Rajabhat University. The targeted lecturers were classified according to their faculties. Questionnaires were used to collect the data from the sampling of 286 lecturers. The descriptive statistics used to analyze the data from the questionnaires were frequency distribution, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and inferential statistics such as the t-test. The findings were as follows:

1. The lecturers’ overall satisfaction in using the electronic information resources in different faculties was significantly different at a level of .01. The lecturers in the faculty of Science and Technology had more overall satisfaction than those in the faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. Considering each aspect, it was found that the satisfaction towards electronic and information resources was significantly different at a level of .01. The aspects of electronic services, information technology and service providers were significantly different at a level of .05.

2. The overall problems of the lecturers’ uses of electronic information resources concerning information technology and communication were significantly different at a level of .01. The lecturers in the faculty of Science and Technology faced more problems than those in the faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. Considering each aspect, significant differences were found in the areas of computers, networks, websites and databases.
